GPS/navigator will take the shortest route, if your phone is downloaded the app "Google Maps" or "Apple Maps",
If OS is Android, "iphone" or "android" either one is fine.
If OS is iOS, "iphone" is launch the Apple Maps and, "android" is launch the Google Maps.

There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.
The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

The campsite is located at lower part of a Sangun-mountain. In Fukuoka, most popular gate of a mountain trail.
The camping ground is a gentle slope. And only some place are flat.
Water of facility is well water. So if you drink the water, you need to boil.
The fireplace is made of concrete block. The grill was bended by bonfire, but available.
Many people use this toilet, but it is clean. A bidet is available.
The night view from the parking lot was very nice.
During Jan. - Feb., If you go to climb(1 hour) from campsite, you can see the beautiful Icefall.
It is clear water.
