Fire ring

The campsite is located at the foot of Otsuchi-yama mountain that is 6 km southeast from the center of Aki takata city in a straight line distance. The way to the campsite is a winding path, so it takes about 30 minutes to go there by a car.

The first tent site is used as a parking lot, so you can set up a tent beside your vehicle.

The road in front of the campsite is little traffic, so even during the daytime, it is very quiet. And please beware of bears.

Cooking facility

The sink is made of concrete and painted green. The water didn't come out from the faucet.

" Don't drink raw water ", the sign was being posted. It seems the water is from the mountain stream.

There is a campfire circle at the side of the parking lot.

Around of the campfire circle is covered by beautiful lawn, so it is suitable for little solo tent to set up.

It is a pit toilet, but it had been cleaned up by administrator.

And also, there is another restroom by the lake.

Gazebo

In the second tent site, there is a gazebo near the cooking facility.

It has a table and bench, so if you set up your tent near there, it will be so useful.

And the gazebo has no wall, but there is in the forest, so it is protected from a strong wind.

The first tent site

The first tent site is 300m south from the second tent site.

That has a fine lake view, but you can not set up a tent beside your vehicle. It is quiet place, so I recommend for those who like respecting privacy of a camping.

And also, there is a water facility. I don't know the water come out.
