GPS/navigator will take the shortest route, if your phone is downloaded the app "Google Maps" or "Apple Maps",
If OS is Android, "iphone" or "android" either one is fine.
If OS is iOS, "iphone" is launch the Apple Maps and, "android" is launch the Google Maps.

There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.
The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

There is only one water facility at the high place campsite. So you need to borrow the key for water tap from the administrator.
The cooking facility is at the campsite near the Administrator's house.
