Izakibana-koen campsite

There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.

The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

Please enjoy camping in Japan!

The campsite is located at the tip of the small peninsula called Izakibana that is at the southeast of Nichinan city.

The tent site is all flat, and it is possible to set up the tent at the next to your vehicle.

In summer season, the campground is covered with thick in weeds, and garbage of a barbeque is left. But in winter, it was a clean campsite.

It is an old facility, but tap water is available.

There is only one cock in the water facility, so please give way to each other.

The fireplace is made of concrete, and the grills is set in there.

It is also an old facility, but enough to use.

The toilet is a flush toilet. It seems new.

The restroom will turn on lights automatically.

There is a observation gazebo at the south side of the park.

The Japanese sago cycad are around there, it is like a tropical island.

The view from the observation gazebo is very beautiful.

On sunny day, we can see the panorama view of Nichinan seaside, it's my recommendation.
