GPS/navigator will take the shortest route, if your phone is downloaded the app "Google Maps" or "Apple Maps",
If OS is Android, "iphone" or "android" either one is fine.
If OS is iOS, "iphone" is launch the Apple Maps and, "android" is launch the Google Maps.

There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.
The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

Campsite is located on halfway up the small mountain.
There is a Fumonin-temple near the campsite.
There is a large cooking facility at the head of the slope.
It has a door that can be protected from the wind and rain.
In the cooking facility, There are some gas cooking stoves.
It seem as used for Boy Scouts.
It is a clean stainless sink.
The japanese vault toilet that made of wood is available.
It is near the cooking facility.
An another clean flush toilet is available. That toilet has been equipped with a bidet function.
