There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.

The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

This park is located on the top of Ryutaizan-mountain in the north of Hita city.

Now, this park is not a campsite, so if you will camp here, please camp at your own risk.

The ground is flat good for camping. So it seem someone is practicing golf here.
There is a golfing prohibited sign.

A water facility is in a corner of the public square.
The water is not safe to drink.

All of water supply cocks have been taken. It was not available.

And please take your own garbage home with you.

All of the fireplace also have been taken.

So fireplace was not available.

It is a clean pit toilet with toilet paper.

The electric light is none.

If you wake up early in the morning, you can see the sea of clouds.

Night view from the park is so beautiful.

There is no electric light in the park, so we can view many beautiful stars.

Be careful of wild animal and wild boar.
