There are many free campsites in Japan. If you will camp in Japan, in most cases you have to reserve and get permission for use the campsite.
The campsites is crowded on the weekend and holiday. So you should better to reserve the campsite beforehand.

The campsite is located at the foot of Kinryu-Mountain. The scenery of the Saga plain from the parking lot is very beautiful.
The tent sites on the slope of mountain are separated from adjacent sites. It is soil ground and flat.
There is shade of trees, so it is so cool in the summer.
The parking lot is available as the tent site too. You can see the great view of the Saga Plain from the parking lot.
The water facility is at the bottom place of the campsite.
The sink is made of concrete, and the water from the faucet is available for drinking.
There are some cooking tables, and in the night, the ceiling light is bright, so it is useful.
The place where the fireplace set are next to the water facility place.
The fireplace is made of the U-shaped ditch. It was cleaned well, so there was no used charcoal in there.
The grill is nothing, so if you use for barbecue, you will need your grill.
There are two restrooms in the campsite. One of the restroom is at the entrance of the campsite, and another is at the half-way up of the slope.
The restrooms at the half-way of the slope is unisex toilet.
The gazebo is at the parking lot. It has long benches inside, and it is so wide.
It is useful for packing the tent at the gazebo, if it is a rainy day.
The administrator's house is near the cooking facility.
The administrator of the campsite has swept and cleaned everyday.
There is a home kitchen sink at the entrance of the parking lot.
It is available for cooking.
Many people were visiting here and climbing the mountain.
It is especially crowded on Wednesdays.
It was fine sunny day. The cherry blossoms was at 50% bloom.
If you set up your tent here, you will be able to enjoy camping with nice view of the Saga plain and cherry blossoms.
